What is your cancellation policy?
We try to accommodate everyone's scehdules, but becasue we have to hold the sapce for you and turn away other potential guests to hold that spot, any cancellation with less than 4 days' notice may be subject to forfeiture of the deposit.
Do you offer light stands and light mounting equipment?
Yes, we make all grip equipment, including light stands, c-stands and rolling stands available free of charge.
Do you offer wardrobe for rental?
Yes, we have a collection of about 150 dresses that we offer as an add-on to studio rental. We have two tiers of items - regular and premium items. Check out our wardrobe page for more information and let us know at the time of rental if you want to use any of our wardrobe items.
Do you offer studio lighting for rent?
Yes, many of our guests come with their own lights, but we do have several studio lights we make available to guests as an add on to studio rental. Let us know at the time of rental if you need to use any studio lights and if you need any help setting up. We also have a variety of lighting modifiers.
How can I book your studio?
Can I show up early?
Because we make the studio available to guests based on specific time frames, we cannot always acocmmodate guets showing up early. Contact us to make any special requests on a case by case basis.
Are you there in the shooting area?
Although someone will be on set at all times during the shoot, the staff memeber will be in the office area and you will have private access to the shooting area.
What is Included in rental?

What is membership on the site for?
When is the rain room available?
The rain room takes several hours to assemble and disassemble and it takes up a considerable amount of space, requiring us to shut down the rest of the shooting areas. We put it up for a few days a month each month. If you follow us on social media, we'll announce when it will be available.
